Biography:

Harvey D. Friedman focuses his practice exclusively in plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation and litigation.
With a legal career spanning nearly four decades, Mr. Friedman brings a wealth of experience to the table, when protecting the rights of injured clients.
Mr. Friedman began his legal career in Chicago in 1967 and moved to Florida 1969. He practiced with a long established firm until 1976, when he founded Harvey D. Friedman P.A. The firm grew from one small office in Miami Beach to its present entity, Friedman, Rodman & Frank, P.A., with a large staff of specialists in all the firm's areas of practice. In addition to the firm's principal office, centrally located at the corner of Flagler and Ponce de Leon in Miami, the firm has satellite offices in Homestead and Naples.
Fluency in Spanish is an added skill that allows Mr. Friedman as well as his staff and all the attorneys in the firm to speak directly with clients at all times, providing the highest level of communication for the client who finds himself in an unfamiliar situation, that requires his complete understanding.
Treating all clients and their problems with respect is a guiding principle Mr. Friedman learned at a very young age, while helping his father in a small family business. The principle is one he has carried with him throughout his career and passed on to his children. The law and helping others has become a tradition for the Friedman family.
Married for 38 years, Harvey Friedman and his wife Deborah have two daughters. Their oldest daughter Carolyn is an accomplished trial attorney and is a partner in the firm. She is married to an attorney who serves as labor law counsel for an international company. Daughter, Lisa, holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and is also married to an attorney who handles complex litigation.
Over the years, Mr. Friedman has served on the board of directors of many prominent institutions in Miami and surrounding communities.
